valet service buffet breakfast missing curtain dripping fridge
The valet service was SUCH a benefit. The staff were accommodating to all my needs. The breakfast buffet was DELICIOUS!!!
The curtains in the room did NOT close completely. I noticed marks on the walls, likely from suitcases, a detail that needs addressing. The fridge in my room was dripping water and that was not ideal.

just average experience, some issues found
poor instructions slow drinks
the bed was amazing, i have to give them that.
Customer service at reception really bothered me. i arrived tired from a long trip, i was not given proper instructions to get to my room and had to ask for help. also, i waited a long time at the bar before anyone offered service. The drinks took another long time to arrive, very annoying.

Excellent Staycation
superb buffet relaxing sauna early check-in
The hotel provided a superb breakfast buffet with varied choices. The pool, spa, and sauna access added to the relaxation. Early check-in was accommodated and I could use the facilities prior to other events.
The gym was a bit small.

The hotel offers convenient access to the ferry terminal for trips to the South Island. The Te Papa museum and the harborfront restaurants are within reasonable walking distance from the premises and I enjoyed the proximity.

The in-house restaurant provides excellent meals and service. The breakfast offers many choices, including hot selections that are regularly refilled. I noticed the staff quickly attending to guest needs during peak hours.

non-functioning tv standard menu
The room was close to the city centre.
The tv didn't work , frustrating. I was told to use my own devices instead, but that is not why I paid for the room. the room service menu felt pretty standard, and it did not feel luxurious AT ALL!!!

loved my stay!!!
helpful staff clean room quick valet
I found the staff helpful and friendly. the room was clean and well-equipped. i appreciated how promptly the valet brought my car around. It was super quick.
The tv reception was intermittent. It kept cutting out. this was a bit annoying but didn't ruin my stay.
